For HeadHunting and Premium class projects, a 3- or 6-month guarantee voucher is issued, which the company can use in the event of a risk when the candidate leaves the company during the probationary period. In that case, DarbaGuru repeats the recruitment project and offers new final candidates without additional payment. If the risk does not occur, the company can use the voucher for a Genos International certified emotional climate assessment in the team within 6 months.
