Technical Infrastructure Project Planner / Coordinator

As a Technical Infrastructure Project Planner / Coordinator, you will ensure smooth service delivery and operational continuity for our international clients. Your responsibilities include managing service change requests, coordinating with external partners, and maintaining accurate documentation in internal support systems. You will support cross-functional teams with delivery-related matters, help resolve operational issues, and contribute to continuous process and system improvements.

You are a great fit for this role, if you have:

• Professional Education in IT / Telecommunications / Electronics / Engineering / Technology or similar field;
• Experience in the IT / Telecommunications industry (will be considered as an advantage);
• Experience working with various support systems, knowledge of or interest in AI and Microsoft Power Automate (will be considered as an advantage);
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
• Ability to excellently plan your daily work, ability to manage large volumes of data;
• Excellent Latvian and English language skills (oral and written) for communication with local and international clients and colleagues.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Ordering access disconnections, mitigating the technical issues;
• Performing termination planning and documentation in support systems;
• Communicating with suppliers and builders regarding delivery issues, processing orders;
• Providing support to other teams on delivery process matters, resolving operational issues;
• Planning and documenting access solutions for business clients;
• Coordinating access deliveries and managing changes;
• Contributing to the improvement of the delivery process;
• Participating in the improvement of support systems.
