INTERVIEW
Candidates are assessed via interviews, and it requires not only logical thinking but also professional intuition trained over many years. Meetings can be organised both with three parties involved, i. e. the candidate, the potential employer and a specialist representing DarbaGuru, and with two parties involved – selected candidates come to an additional interview with our specialist.
Our specialist prepares an individual set of 20 to 30 questions and descriptions of various situations for each open position. The questions help to understand self-assessment abilities of the candidate, situation analysis, offering of creative or constructive solutions, logical thinking and self-possession during stressful situations.
