Technical Solutions Specialist / Engineer

As a Technical Solutions Specialist you will be responsible for delivering tailored technical solutions for our international clients. You will be responsible for evaluating client requirements, planning and documenting solution setups, and coordinating implementation activities with external partners and internal teams. Your work will ensure that each service is delivered efficiently, accurately, and according to client expectations. You will also help resolve operational issues, support teams throughout the delivery cycle, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our delivery processes and support systems.

You are a great fit for this role, if you have:

• At least, a Bachelor’s degree in IT / Telecommunications / Electronics / Engineering / Technology or similar field;
• At least, 1-3 years of experience in the IT / Telecommunications or similar field;
• Experience in negotiation and presales process support in offering tailored solutions to clients;
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
• Ability to excellently plan your daily work, ability to manage large volumes of data;
• Experience working with various support systems, knowledge of or interest in AI and Microsoft Power Automate, etc. (will be considered as an advantage).
• Excellent Latvian and English language skills (oral and written) for communication with local and international clients and colleagues.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Performing feasibility checks and evaluations;
• Developing access solutions for business clients;
• Collecting and comparing supplier offers;
• Providing support to other teams with delivery process questions;
• Participating in improving the efficiency of the delivery process;
• Improving and optimizing support systems to ensure faster and more accurate support.
