I am an entrepreneur with more than 18 years of experience in technology, sales, business development, and digital transformation. In my professional work, I combine an understanding of company growth, human resources management, and technological opportunities, helping organizations implement modern, efficient, and practical HR management solutions.

I am currently developing the HR technology company Skilloom, where we focus on the digitalization of recruitment, onboarding, employee development, and talent management processes. My conviction is that HR management must be based on data, skills, and clear processes, and must be centred on people's interests and abilities.

In my daily work, I work with companies, managers, and HR professionals, helping assess existing processes, identify potential for improving efficiency, and implement digital solutions that reduce manual work, speed up recruitment, and improve the employee experience. I am particularly interested in topics such as skills-based recruitment, fair candidate evaluation, the use of artificial intelligence in HR processes, and employee development systems.

In my professional experience, I have led sales, developed partnerships, and worked with technology products, research, and the creation of new business directions. This allows me to view HR process digitalization not only as the implementation of systems, but as a tool for business results in efficiency, growth, and competitiveness.
