Do businesses need employees aged 55 and over?
In 2024, the Latvian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LTRK) is organizing an international project called "Silver Strategies" with the aim of supporting senior employment at both regional and company levels in Latvia, Estonia, and Finland. By participating in the "Silver Strategies" project, DarbaGuru aims to initiate a discussion on the challenges faced by workers aged 50 and over, as well as to motivate business representatives to consider the senior category's economic potential and implement anti-discrimination strategies in their companies.
