I am an HR manager with long-standing practical experience in HR management, with a particular focus on the application of labour law, administrative management, and HR records management. In my work, the most important things are correctness, clarity, and solutions that genuinely work in an organization's daily operations.

In my daily work, I provide full-cycle HR management processes – from organizing documents and procedures to advising management and employees on labour law issues. I work on the practical application of legal acts, ensuring that HR processes are understandable, well-founded, and compliant with both external regulations and the organization's needs.

I have worked in various industries and organizations, both in local and international environments, which has given me a good understanding of different approaches to and requirements for work organization. In my daily work, I also pay a lot of attention to administrative order, document flow, data protection, and process organization.

In addition to my main job, I provide consultations and give lectures on labour law issues, sharing practical experience and explaining complex legal matters in a simple, understandable way.

In my work, I highly value calm, professional communication, legal precision, and a respectful attitude towards people. My goal is to ensure that an organization's HR processes are organized, understandable, and sustainable.

In my work, I am particularly good at handling complex situations and labour disputes that arise between employer and employee. I am able to understand the arguments of both sides, identify what matters most to each party, and help find a balanced solution without taking sides. In such processes, I highly value professional ethics, confidentiality, and respectful treatment of everyone involved.

In my daily work, I deal with the application of labour law in practical situations, organizing HR records and documentation, administrative management, as well as developing HR policies and internal regulations. I advise management and employees on HR matters and ensure compliance with data protection requirements in HR processes.
