I am an expert in HR management and process creation, implementation, and development, with more than 20 years of practical experience in HR management, administrative management, department and team leadership, as well as the implementation of various HR projects.

My professional experience has been built in both the public and private sectors, covering all the key human resources management processes. Particularly significant experience was gained in public administration, where employment and civil service legal relations are organized and managed in accordance with extensive regulatory requirements. This has given me a deep understanding of HR management processes, precision in document handling, and the ability to work effectively in a complex and dynamic environment.

Experience in the private sector, on the other hand, has allowed me to view HR management processes from the perspective of a dynamic business environment — with a focus on efficiency, development, competitiveness, and the ability to adapt quickly to change. This experience helps me combine a strategic approach with practical and modern HR management solutions.

Throughout my professional career, I have created and improved recruitment systems, developed candidate sourcing and direct outreach processes, strengthened the employer brand, and participated in implementing information technology solutions in HR management processes.

I have built and led HR management departments and teams, developed quality management, evaluation, and work organization processes, and improved document preparation and records management standards. In parallel, I have led various training, development, and employee wellbeing projects — from idea and planning through to implementation and coordination.
Since 2025, I have continued my professional career with the DarbaGuru team, where I coordinate the preparation and submission of procurement documents and tenders.

My experience allows me to view human resources management broadly and strategically — understanding both the importance of processes and documentation, and the development needs of people, teams, and the organization as a whole.
