I am an expert in HR management and business process development with more than 20 years of practical experience in HR management, administrative management of companies, team leadership, project implementation, sales process oversight, and building long-term client relationships.

Since 2025, I have continued my professional career with the DarbaGuru team, where I lead the expert, recruiter, and sales teams, work as an HR expert, meet with clients, and actively represent DarbaGuru as a professional HR solutions partner for companies.

My professional experience has been shaped not only by classic HR management, but also through close involvement with business management. For several years, I have been involved in a company's daily operational management processes, ensuring administrative functions, managing sales teams and call centre work, as well as implementing strategic and practical projects.

This experience allows me to view HR issues more broadly — not just as a set of documents or processes, but as a practical management tool that helps a company work in a more organized, efficient, and reliable way.

In my daily work, I help company managers assess the current situation, organize HR processes and documentation, define responsibilities, improve internal communication, implement employee evaluation and motivation systems, and find practical solutions to complex management and employee relations situations.

It is important to me that cooperation with a client is not just a theoretical consultation, but real professional support for the business — with a clear structure, well-thought-out solutions, understandable documents, and a result that company management can use in their daily work.
