Regional Sales Manager Latvia (IT solutions and consulting)

DarbaGuru client is TD Trusted Decisions (Germany/Austria) which is one of the leading software solution and consulting companies in Europe. To strengthen its presence in Latvia the company is looking for a proactive and dynamic Regional Sales Manager with excellent sales skills and experience working in the field of business intelligence (BI) analytics to join its team.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as an entrusted local representative of TD Trusted Decisions in Latvia;
  • Develop a sales strategy that ensures attracting new customers and expanding the company's visibility in the region where it hasn't had a presence before;
  • Actively search for potential customers, organize regular calls, meetings and demo sessions about Corporate Planner financial planning tool and Data analysis platform Qlik Sense®;
  • Manage the full-cycle sales process, from approaching customers, developing an offer to closing deals;
  • Monitor sales performance in the region and prepare regular reports on customer acquisition, sales forecasts and other key metrics;
  • Create and develop long-term partnerships with new and existing customers;
  • Maintain regular communication and cooperation with the company's representative offices in Austria and Germany.

Qualification and skills:

  • Higher degree in Finance, Economics, Business or IT;
  • Essential work experience in B2B Sales & Consulting;
  • At least 3 years of work experience in the fields of Financial planning / Data analytics / Business Analysis;
  • Good knowledge of BI tools (Power BI, Qlik Sense/View, Tableau, etc.);
  • Preferred experience with Atlassian software (Confluence, Jira);
  • Latvian – native/fluent, English – very good/conversational, knowledge of German language will be considered as an advantage;
  • Excellent communication, long-term cooperation and negotiation skills;
  • Strong organizational and time management skills;
  • Ability to independently organize work, set priorities and goals;
  • Proactivity and self-initiative;
  • Preferred driver's B category license.
