DarbaGuru client Confero Technologies is looking for a Java Development Team Lead for FinTech software development using the cutting-edge technologies. Requirements:
- Senior Java Developer work background;
- Experience in Java technologies (Spring, Camel, Maven);
- Experience with task management systems (Jira or similar); Git, advanced branching, pull requests;
- Experience of working in Agile environment, strictly following the deadlines and maintaining a positive attitude;
- Advanced knowledge of OOP and enterprise integration patterns;
- Advanced knowledge of SQL and database design;
- Understanding of CI/CD processes, preferred experience with Docker, Kubernetes and at least one of the cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP);
- Preferrable team lead experience.
Duties:
- Manage development of technologically new FinTech software products;
- Manage the projects and products through the entire software development lifecycle (technical analysis of the requirements, planning the architecture, coding, testing, delivery, support);
- IT project management;
- Application of technical expertise & decision-making;
- Coordination of the teamwork and interaction with all relevant parties;
- Organisation of training for junior team members and mentoring;
- Reporting to the management.
